Pierre Hermé, the prince of pastries

If you like macaroons and chocolates, it is THE place to go. Located next the Garnier Opéra in the 2nd district of Paris, this store is an enchantment for the palate and for the eyes.

Pierre Hermé is one of the most famous pastry chef in the world. Ex chef of Lenôtre, Fauchon and Ladurée he decideed in 1998 to build his own brand. He lauched his brand in Japan to begin and then in Paris. It is a real succes since its opening, the staff is really kind, the design of the products is wonderful and the quality of the pastries is very high.

Even if the price is quite high (1.95€/macaron), it is worth trying.
