Our 3 star flavors: chocolate, vanilla and caramel can be foundthroughout the year whereas 5 transient flavors display their hidden secrets only for short periods of time, when they are in SEASON.
Each of these 8 flavors can be found through three sweet VARIATIONS
- First, the innovative “Hugo” pastry that aims at deconstructing traditional pastry.
- Second, a more classic “Victor” treat, which will please those YEARNING for their childhood comfort food – with a twist !
- And finally a semi-spherical chocolate SWEET, whose explosive taste will surprise and enthrall the most jaded GOURMETS. Through these deconstructions, all the product reveal their many idiosyncrasies.
To bring this tasting experience to its climax, Frédéric Béal _ Hugo & Victor’s internationally recognized SOMMELIER_ has selected wines to match, confront or exalt each flavor, thus offering unprecedented combinations to our palates.
Here, you may walk through a FORREST OF CAKES and pastries that SHOWCASE theirbest assets in elegant jewel cases. This minimalist and ELEGANT environment is a perfect showcase for Hugues Pouget's creative jewels. The spherical chocolates of Hugo & Victor are presented in "Writer's journal", a special nod to the litterary past of the RIVE GAUCHE IN PARIS.
